QuickHomes Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. imports, distributes, and supplies a curated range of home technology and interior solutions.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, technical information, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or import factors.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations issued by QBT are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a purchase order and advance payment as per agreed commercial terms.

For imported items, supply is subject to international shipping timelines, customs clearance, and supplier availability.

QBT reserves the right to revise or cancel any order in case of unforeseen import restrictions, pricing errors, or non-availability.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, transportation, and installation unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, import duties, or supplier pricing.

Unless otherwise agreed, the payment terms are 70% advance and 30% before dispatch or delivery.

Late payments may attract an interest of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

Payments must be made only through authorised banking channels in the company’s registered name.

5. Delivery and Logistics

Delivery schedules are indicative and depend on import clearance, logistics conditions, and supplier timelines.

Risk and ownership of goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse or supplier’s location.

Clients are required to check all deliveries for any visible damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt.

QBT is not liable for delays caused by shipping, customs, weather, or third-party logistics partners.

6. Installation and Support

Installation services, where applicable, are performed by authorised service partners or trained technicians.

The customer must ensure site readiness, including electrical provisions, flooring, and access prior to installation.

Rescheduled or delayed installation visits caused by site unavailability may incur additional charges.

7. Warranty and Liability

All products are covered under manufacturer’s standard warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the product.

Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper installation, power fluctuations, or natural wear and tear.

QBT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as downtime, loss of profits, or loss of business.

For warranty claims, QBT will assist in coordination with the respective manufacturer or importer for repair or replacement at their discretion.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.

Cancellations after order confirmation may attract a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value.

Custom-made, imported-on-demand, or non-stocked items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, text, and media appearing on this website are the exclusive property of QuickHomes Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. or its respective suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any content without prior written consent from the company.

10. Confidentiality

Delays due to customs, logistics, or third-party carriers.

Site or project delays caused by external contractors.

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use, misuse, or delay in supply of our products.

Our total liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
